SoFlo360 Statements converts bank and card statements you upload into Excel, QuickBooks CSV, or Xero CSV. The free tier is limited to a number of pages per day (shown in the app) and requires no account. Paid plans raise that allowance and require an account.

Only upload statements you're entitled to process. You keep all rights to your files and to the exports we produce from them — we claim no ownership of either.

If you create an account, sign-in happens through a one-time link we email you (or through Google, if you choose it). Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read your sign-in link can reach your account. One person or business per account.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. The one-time page pack is a single charge, not a subscription. All payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

If a renewal payment fails, your account simply returns to the free tier — we don't lock you out or delete anything. If prices change, the new price applies from your next billing cycle, never retroactively.

You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your paid access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Payments are final: subscription charges and page-pack purchases are non-refundable. Because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge, and the free tier lets you try the product before paying, we don't issue refunds for periods already billed.

Every conversion is checked against the totals printed on the statement itself before you can export: if our sum matches, you see a Balanced result; if it doesn't, we show you the exact dollar difference and flag the statement for review. That check is the product.

But you remain responsible for reviewing exports before using them for bookkeeping, tax, or any other purpose. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Don't attempt to break the service, probe other users' jobs, evade the free-tier limits, or upload anything that isn't a financial statement you have the right to process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

This is actively developed software; features and limits may change. If we make a material change to these terms, it will be reflected on this page, with the date below updated.

SoFlo360 Statements is operated by SoFlo360 Accounting Solution LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
