Convert your Discover statement to Excel, QBO & Xero

Credit card statements convert to a reconciled Excel file, QuickBooks CSV, or Xero CSV in about a minute — free, no signup, no watermark.

What we extract from a Discover statement

Discover statements in our library are credit card statements, and the template is built to walk through a Discover card statement section by section: purchases, payments, and — the part that matters most for bookkeeping — fee and interest line items.

Those fee and interest charges are pulled out as their own line items rather than folded into a single "other charges" total, which matters if you're categorizing transactions afterward: a late fee and an interest charge are different accounts on your books, and keeping them separate in the export means you don't have to go back to the PDF to split them apart yourself.

We check the math before you export

Every Discover statement we convert — purchases, payments, fees, and interest included — is summed and checked against the new balance printed on that statement before you can export. If our total matches, you get a Balanced result; if a fee, interest charge, or purchase was misread, we show you the exact dollar difference instead of an export that silently doesn't tie out.

Exports, OCR, and zero retention

Every Discover statement converts to Excel (XLSX), QuickBooks CSV in both 3-column and 4-column formats, and Xero CSV — all on the free tier, with no signup and no watermark, up to 3 pages a day.

Scanned PDFs and photos (JPG or PNG) of Discover statements are OCR'd automatically. Password-protected PDFs are supported too — the password is used only for that one conversion and is never stored or logged.

Retention is zero by design: your Discover statement file is deleted the moment parsing completes. See exactly how that works, including how we handle passwords, on our security page.

Discover statement conversion — FAQ

Are Discover fee and interest charges broken out separately in the export?

Yes. Fee and interest line items on a Discover statement are extracted as their own rows rather than combined into one lump total, so they're already separated for categorization.

Does the reconciliation check catch a missed Discover transaction?

Yes. We sum every transaction extracted from your Discover statement — including fees and interest — and compare it to the new balance Discover printed. Any mismatch shows up as an exact dollar figure before you export.

Do you support password-protected Discover statement PDFs?

Yes, and the password is never stored or logged — it's used only in memory for that one conversion.

Is Xero CSV export available for Discover statements on the free tier?

Yes. Xero CSV, along with QuickBooks CSV (3-column and 4-column) and Excel, is included free with no signup and no watermark.

Ready to convert your Discover statement?

No account, no watermark, and a reconciliation check that catches conversion errors before you ever download a file.
