Convert your Chase statement to Excel, QBO & Xero
Checking, savings, and credit card statements convert to a reconciled Excel file, QuickBooks CSV, or Xero CSV in about a minute — free, no signup, no watermark.
What we extract from a Chase statement
Chase is one of the few banks we've built two dedicated templates for: one for personal and business checking or savings statements, and a separate one for Chase credit card statements. Upload either kind and the right template picks up automatically — you don't need to tell us which one you're sending.
Chase checking and savings statements typically print a running daily-balance table alongside the transaction list. That layout parses cleanly with our checking template, so the deposits, withdrawals, and daily balances you see on the PDF line up with the rows in your export.
Chase credit card statements go through the card template instead, which is built to read purchases, payments, and fees as separate line items rather than lumping them into one column.
We check the math before you export
Whichever Chase statement you upload, we add up every transaction we extracted and compare the total against the balance figures printed on that statement — the daily ending balance on a checking or savings statement, or the new balance on a credit card statement. If our total matches what Chase printed, you get a clear Balanced result. If it doesn't, we show you the exact dollar difference before you export anything, instead of handing you a CSV that merely looks right.
Exports, OCR, and zero retention
Every Chase statement converts to Excel (XLSX), QuickBooks CSV in both 3-column and 4-column formats, and Xero CSV — all on the free tier, with no signup and no watermark, up to 3 pages a day.
Scanned PDFs and photos (JPG or PNG) of Chase statements are OCR'd automatically. Password-protected PDFs are supported too — the password is used only for that one conversion and is never stored or logged.
Retention is zero by design: your Chase statement file is deleted the moment parsing completes. See exactly how that works, including how we handle passwords, on our security page.
Chase statement conversion — FAQ
Does this work with Chase business checking statements, not just personal?
Yes. Our Chase template handles both personal and business checking layouts, along with savings statements and Chase credit card statements — you don't need to pick a template yourself.
What happens if the numbers on my Chase statement don't add up after conversion?
We reconcile every Chase statement against its own printed totals before you ever see an export button. If there's a mismatch, we show you the exact dollar difference so you can review it instead of exporting a file that quietly has the wrong numbers.
Can I convert a scanned or photographed Chase statement?
Yes. Scanned PDFs and photos (JPG or PNG) of Chase statements are run through OCR automatically before extraction — no extra steps needed.
Does the free tier include QuickBooks and Xero exports for Chase statements?
Yes. Excel, QuickBooks CSV (both 3-column and 4-column), and Xero CSV are all available on the free tier — no signup, no watermark.
Ready to convert your Chase statement?
No account, no watermark, and a reconciliation check that catches conversion errors before you ever download a file.
